The abstraction of the box camera was created by the French artist Nicéphore Niépce. He was accepted for his accurate experiments. With the advice of Louis Jacques Mandé Daguerre they were able to actualize the camera to aggrandize the acceptance of photography. Soon After Niépce's and Daguerre's new advancements to the box camera abounding added photographers absitively to do their own "photographic experiments" and created their own cameras based on the aboriginal box camera. Niépce's created one of the aboriginal box cameras during the 1820s.citation needed
